Meet Our Head Chef Xan

Bio: With over 5 years of culinary experience, Chef Xan is the creative force behind our mouth-watering menu. Xan’s passion for cooking began at a young age, inspired by her mom's love for food. She has worked in various renowned restaurants before setting up Xan Culinary, where she combines classic techniques with innovative flavors to create the perfect meal.

Our Story

At Chef Xan Culinary, food is more than a business, it’s a legacy.

Every pot lifted, every spoon stirred carries a story that began with my mother.

She cooked for a living all her life, starting small with food trucks she pushed around the community. Her food never lasted—it was always sold out. Over time, she grew into a rented space, where she tirelessly prepared meals that fed and nurtured countless people. Even after my father’s passing, she held on, using her business to care for herself, my siblings, and me, while also supporting us with produce from her farm.

Her strength, resilience, and passion became the foundation of my own journey. I once managed her restaurant, learning the discipline, creativity, and love it takes to feed people well. Those lessons live on in Chef Xan Culinary.
